Almond Milk
You don't need a milk bag for this one!

1 cup almonds soaked 8-12 hrs., drained and rinsed.
6 cups filtered water
  After rinsing your almonds, place them in a high speed blender, then add the 6 cups of water and blend till smooth. You can drink as is or pour through a cup strainer. Personalize your own milk by adding a couple of soaked dates and or 1/2 tsp. of organic vanilla extract! Will last up to 4 day's in the refrigerator.

 Want something for breakfast? I'm not sure where I got this, but it sure is yummy!!

7 medium apples
1 cup of rolled oats
1/4 cup of raisins
1/4 cup almonds (optional)
1/2 cinnamon
Cut the apples into wedges and the core.
Juice the apple wedges and reserve 2 1/4 cups of the juice and 1/2 cup of the pulp.
In a medium size bowl, combine the apple juice and pulp with the oats,raisins, almonds and cinnamon; mix well.
Cover the bowl and place in the .
Allow the muesli to soak overnight.
To serve, pour some of the muesli into a bowl and add fresh or banana slices. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.

            ~Candied Pecans~
1 c raw pecans
1 t ground cinnamon
1 pinch sea salt & cayenne pepper
1/4 t vanilla extract (or vanilla bean)
1/2 T sesame seeds
2 T shredded coconut (unsweetened)
1/2 t fresh orange juice
1 T pine nuts
3 T pure maple syrup* (or agave)
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix by hand to coat evenly. Pour mixture onto telex sheet. Separate nuts into small clumps and dehydrate at 110-115F until liquid begins to firm. Transfer to mesh and dehydrating until crunchy.

1 1/2  cups raw cashew (soaked for 2-3 hours or overnight)
2 cups coconut water (from a young Thai coconut or 1 cup shredded coconut & 2 cups water and blend in blender till smooth)
1 cup shredded raw coconut or dried
1 TBSP red curry paste
1/8 tsp.(or to taste) fresh organic grated ginger
sea salt to taste
1/2 organic red pepper
1 carton (4oz.) baby corn
1 organic celery stalk
4 or 5 organic zucchini
1 or 2 organic green onion

Rinse cashews good under water. Place in a high speed blender or VitaMix, add the next 5 ingredients and blend till smooth and to your desired thickness, (you can add more or less of the coconut water). Dice the red pepper and celery and place in separate bowl. Snap the baby corns in half and place in with the other vegetables. Take a spiral cutter, or just a potato peeler to make your noodles. Place noodles on plate.
Pour sauce in with the vegetables and mix well. pour over noodles and sprinkle some chopped green onion and serve.            (Serves 4)
